Mail me for any question, hint, suggestion (in German or English).

* Map can be played in Gladiator and as "Load custom map"

* In the "Load Custom Map" mode you can try and test the create-creatures function of my Swords&More 5 (no other creatures in the way there)

* Open the file nCONFIG.py with a text editor and configure the map for  both Gladiator and "Custom Map" (make a desktop link to this file for a quick access).

[1.] At each option there is a short explanation.

[2.]  Do NOT (!!!) change anything else but the values behind the =

[3.]  Look exactly how the default values are given and make your settings.

[4.]  The option "RandomPositions" should be set to 0 (= no random spawn positions). RandomPositions = 1 makes the creatures always respawn very close to you, and that would be negative for the map's special atmosphere.

* The graphic settings (the stars) are taken from my map AngelSteel. Read the readme of AngelSteel for information about this !

* Special atmosphere: The map is meant to make you feel right in the middle of nowhere.

[1.] The scorer (head up display) can NOT be turned on! So you are on your very own, so to speak (Nirvana = nothing, null, void) But  you can see your inventory when cycling through it.

[2.] Watch your character's head. (S)he looks at enemies being still in the darkness.

[3.] Since the scorer is not to be seen, you can not see your level. So at each beginning of the map (Gladiator and "custom map") your level is shown for some time at the lower edge of the screen. You must keep this in mind to keep track of your level-ups.

[4.] In "Load custom map" you start at a random level

[5.] You can not see your life, energy and the enemies' life. So use your BOD-experience and your instinct !

[6.] Hint: You are on a huge "round" symmetrical octogon, surrounded by a huge abbyss. You always start in the centre of it (coordinates 0,0). Use the "sun" and the shadows to orientate.

[7.] The radius of the octogon is 75000. The enemies' spawn coordinates in Gladiator (if RandomPositions = 0) are (20000,0), (-20000,0), (0,20000), (0,-20000). Just to give you some orientation in this nowhere.

[8.] Try to use the 1st person perspective. Even more impressing if suddenly an Orc comes out of the darkness towards you. You first hear him, you turn around and around and suddenly he may be right behind you ...

* I haven't been to Nirvana yet. Just and idea of what it may look . . . .
