README FILE FOR CUSTOM MAP "HEAVY METAL" v3.00 FOR BLADE OF DARKNESS

CREATED BY LEGOLAS, SUMMER 2002

1. GLADIATOR INSTALL

* create a directory "HeavyMetal" in BODLoader\Maps

* from the menu select -> MODS -> LOAD CUSTOM MAP -> HeavyMetal -> INSTALL

* now you can play it in Gladiator or load it as custom single player map

* in "singleplayer" mode there are exactly the same things as in the

Arena-mode (expect these three things: 1. the one "singleplayer-entertainment-Orc",

2. the barbarian armor and 3. the weapons you carry)

2. MULTIPLAYER INSTALL (ARENA)

* copy the directory "HeavyMetalMP" (unzipped) into \Maps of your BOD directory

(not into the "Maps" of BODLoader), that's all

* now you can select the map from the Arena's menu

* The map is optimized for max. 4 players in multi-mode. Select max. 4 players

in Arena's settings to get no trouble with your spawn-points.

* Do not change or rename any file or directory! Esp. in multi-mode it could cause crashes.
